Agnieszka M. Yenke
Founder, A Yenke Law PLLC · Esq., MBA · Member of The Florida Bar since 2008
Background
Agnieszka M. Yenke is a Florida attorney and the founder of A Yenke Law PLLC. She earned her law degree and her MBA from Nova Southeastern University and was admitted to The Florida Bar on April 22, 2008.
She built the firm around a practical, document-first approach to the law: read the papers closely, understand how agreements are structured and where they go wrong, and advise clients candidly on cost, risk, and the realistic paths forward — in their own language where that serves them, including Polish.
Today she helps clients across the firm’s practice areas — family and domestic matters, traffic tickets, real estate, business and contracts, and derivative suits — representing individuals, families, and businesses throughout South Florida.
How she works
Clients work with attorney Yenke directly. She reads the documents, develops the strategy, and communicates candidly about strengths, weaknesses, cost, and risk. Her goal in every engagement is the same: position the client to make informed decisions, then execute those decisions with discipline.
